I offer personalised, compassionate sleep training programmes tailored to your child's temperament and needs, while respecting your parenting style.

At Wild & Beyond Sleep Consulting, I believe that a structured and supportive approach is key to restful sleep for your child and peace of mind for your family. Here's a brief overview of my responsive sleep process:
Free Discovery Call
We begin with a complimentary call where you can share your child's sleep challenges, and I can introduce myself. This is a crucial step to building a trusting relationship, as sleep is a very personal issue.
Client Questionnaire
After our call, I'll send you a tailored questionnaire. Your responses will provide invaluable insights into your child's sleep patterns, bedtime routine and your family's needs, allowing me to fine-tune my approach.
Qualifying Call
Once the questionnaire is complete, we'll have an in-depth conversation to explore your answers. This is about building a comprehensive understanding of your situation so I can develop the most effective plan.
Personalised Sleep Plan
I'll craft a customised sleep plan. This plan will be tailored specifically to your child and family's needs, focusing on sleep methods best suited to your situation.
One-Hour Consultation
We'll review the sleep plan together in this session, which is an opportunity to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments. Ensuring the plan feels right for your family is essential for success.
Implementation & Support
When you're ready to start, I'll be there to support you over a two-week period as you implement the plan.
Ongoing Support
Unique to Wild & Beyond, I offer ongoing support for up to three months after the initial programme. This includes phone calls and text check-ins to address any new issues or adjustments, ensuring your family sustains the progress made.
